What's New

Every update, every fix, every new spec — right here. EpicSyncPro is updated within 24h of every WoW patch.

⚔️ DPS & Tanks

  • Outlaw Rogue — fixed both supercharged combo points being spent on Between the Eyes instead of saving one for Killing Spree. The engine was never actually reading the supercharged points from the game; it was predicting them, and any drift was permanent until something reset it. It now reads them directly, so Between the Eyes takes the first and Killing Spree takes the last, as intended
  • Subtlety Rogue — same underlying problem found and recorded; its builder priorities gate on the same reading
  • All Rogue specs — fixed the check that stops stealth-only attacks being recommended while you are not stealthed. It had never once run since it shipped
  • Protection Paladin — Divine Toll is no longer held for up to 30 seconds waiting on Avenging Wrath, and Avenging Wrath is no longer held waiting on Divine Toll. Both now follow current guidance: press them on cooldown and let them align naturally
  • Balance Druid — the burst list no longer spends a global cooldown refreshing Sunfire when Fury of Elune is not close to ready; the damage-over-time refresh now opens the cooldown window rather than being wasted outside it
  • Windwalker Monk — Celestial Conduit is no longer channelled to completion. The engine was withholding every cast for the full four seconds; the next ability now goes out on time, which cancels the channel — the intended play
  • Blood Death Knight — added the Midnight set-bonus rule so Marrowrend deliberately spends Blood Debt at maximum stacks, instead of consuming it wherever Bone Shield upkeep happened to fall
  • Blood Death Knight — fixed Vampiric Strike being unusable: its spell was claimed by a single specialisation, so Blood could never fire it. San'layn transform abilities also now recommend the base ability, so the highlighted button is one you actually have
  • Unholy Death Knight — several priority fixes: Putrefy no longer spends its charges outside the Dark Transformation window (leaving none when it mattered), Runic Power no longer caps during the opener, and Death and Decay is used for cooldown reduction
  • Frost Death Knight — the opener no longer fires Empower Rune Weapon unconditionally, which was wasting Killing Machine and overcapping Runic Power
  • Guardian Druid — stopped recommending Wild Guardian on builds that cannot cast it
  • Protection Paladin — fixed a buff registered at ten times its real maximum, which made an entire Lightsmith line unreachable
  • Ground-targeted abilities — fixed area spells occasionally landing at your cursor instead of the intended spot. A reticle arriving one frame late was treated as "no reticle", and a retry guard then blocked the correction for a second and a half
  • All specs — an ability whose cooldown or charges could not be read is no longer treated as fully charged and ready. It now fails safe
  • Beast Mastery Hunter — Kill Command's pooling gate was permanently bypassed and its proc was never modelled; the area-of-effect list could also end without recommending anything
  • All Hunters — fixed Hunter's Mark never being applied and the pet never being sent in
  • Havoc Demon Hunter — fixed the specialisation failing to register at all for some users, traced to the wrong build variant being delivered

💚 Healer — All Specs

  • Fixed the engine concluding you were solo and abandoning the group when it could not read group state, rather than treating an unreadable answer as unknown
  • Added back-off for aura reads refused by foreign addon interference, which had been producing thousands of logged refusals per session
  • Fixed stale group scans being served indefinitely, and health readings that could report a full bar when the real value was unreadable
  • The healing state machine can no longer stay stuck in an emergency posture when group metrics briefly go missing
  • Fixed a set of healing tunables that had never been connected to anything — adjusting them genuinely had no effect
  • Temple of Sethraliss — the Avatar encounter now correctly recognises when she cannot be healed, so the healer stops pouring throughput into a target with a full heal absorb. A fourth, independent detection path was added so this survives a combat-log outage

💚 Healer — Holy Priest

  • Now weaves noticeably less damage and spends more of its time healing. Damage is allowed only when the group is genuinely topped off, because unlike Discipline, Holy Paladin or Preservation, a Holy Priest's damage is not itself healing
  • All four content presets retuned toward healing — direct heals fire sooner, and group heals engage before allies are badly damaged

🛠️ Performance & Platform

  • Chat output restored. A message filter was matching far more than intended and silently swallowing almost every chat line — ours and other addons'. Anything containing a common letter was being discarded
  • Fixed the settings panel raising a protected-action error every single time you entered combat with it open. This was guaranteed, not occasional
  • Removed the repeating "Rotation started. / Rotation paused." chat spam, and Silent Mode now correctly covers the remaining rotation messages
  • Fixed enemy counting: the object-manager path had never actually counted anything, and the nameplate fallback is now distance-limited so far-away enemies no longer inflate area-of-effect decisions
  • Fixed the script compiler being killed by the frame watchdog and then retrying forever
  • Removed the last places the addon wrote into Blizzard-owned UI tables, which is what caused unrelated addons to be blamed for our errors
  • Settings persistence on the Chinese client: failures now report the actual cause instead of a generic message, and a missing file interface is no longer mistaken for a first run — which previously overwrote a perfectly good settings file with defaults

🔧 Settings, Keybinds & Diagnostics

  • /healsnap rebuilt: it now produces a partial snapshot instead of nothing when a section fails, survives fields the game refuses to report, records why a render failed, and can be asked about its own health with /healsnap status
  • /heksnap gained diagnostics for enemy counting, aura reads, ground placement and auto-targeting, so a single capture explains a misbehaviour instead of prompting another round of guessing
  • Fixed the healing engine's performance readout, which had never produced a single measurement while displaying a number that read as "free"
  • Fixed /epichl diag reporting a paused state and held cooldowns when neither was true
